Job Description

Job Responsibility

Job Description

  • To lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, support and training to enhance team effectiveness
  • Closely monitor sales performance against sales target and KPI, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Responsible for ensuring that sales targets and other KPIs are met
  • Responsible for channel & customer expansion
  • Responsible to conduct proper customer service training to sales team &
  • Process daily sales orders and work with internal sales processing team to ensure payments flow and delivery of orders are managed smoothly with each customer
  • Manage and respond to customers enquiries received via phone, email, messaging and face to face visitation
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a diploma in any related field
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the sales & marketing related field.
  • Have flair for sales and drive for sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Charismatic, influential, and motivational leader who can inspire a team to achieve great results.
  • Proficiency in speaking and writing English, Chinese, and Malay is required
