Sales Manager for Harley Davidson of Penang_
Formulate strategies and action plans to maximize sales
- Plan to ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly and yearly target set by distributor, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Provide guidance for Sales Team on daily, monthly and quarter basis to work and plan in accordance with formulated strategies- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales team to develop their skills to ensure that high professional standards is achieved and monthly sales target and other KPIs set by distributor are met
Manage Sales Team to ensure targets are delivered through people management performance review, reward and individual recognition
- Focusing on strong sales competencies and ensure that Sales Team perform well through coaching and monitoring skill
Conduct regular sales and business review to evaluate Sales Advisor performance
To prepare daily sales report to management- To prepare and report monthly, quarterly and yearly sales performance to Management on monthly basis
Graduate with Bachelors Degree or Diploma- 5 years working experience in automotive industry is an advantage.

- Highly self-motivated, independent and matured with a positive attitude
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good organizational and planning skills, strong negotiation and analyzing skills, good business sense and budgeting skills.

Pay: RM4,- 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
