Role Purpose:As a Sales Manager at Finexus Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving our sales team to achieve and exceed targets. - Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.- Determine strategic sales targets, markets, and product/service offerings, forecasting expected volume and profits.
Develop pricing approaches that support sales and market growth strategies.
- Create and execute targeted sales campaigns leveraging emerging trends in digital marketing and related sectors.
- 2. Lead and Motivate the Sales Team
Recruit, train, and develop a skilled sales team. Provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure each team member meets their individual targets and contributes to overall team success.
- 3.Strategic Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Collaborate with the marketing team to create customized solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction.
- 4.Performance Analysis and Reporting:
Monitor sales performance metrics, including pipeline analysis, sales forecasts, and KPIs. Provide regular reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 5. Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments such as product management, finance, and customer support to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative culture that promotes teamwork and shared success.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the fintech sector. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- 7. Client Feedback Management
Evaluate client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance client experience
- Communicate client feedback and market sentiments to internal stakeholders to enhance products and services.
Collaborate with relevant teams to implement changes based on client feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery
- 8. Proposal & Contract Management
Paint vivid pictures of success through compelling proposals and dynamic presentations that leave lasting impressions on potential clients.- Develop comprehensive sales proposals, quotes, and bid documents to secure new business opportunities.
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to finalize terms and conditions related to contracts and agreements.
- 9. Technical Expertise and Solution Demonstration
Perform technical product demonstrations and effectively resolve technical issues to meet customer requirements.
- Shortlist potential solutions and present them to clients in a compelling manner that highlights product value and benefits.
- 10. Maintain Industry Knowledge
Stay ahead of the curve on industry trends and innovations, bringing fresh ideas and strategies that elevate our competitive edge.
A minimum of a Diploma & Bachelors with related field
- Minimum of 6 years of Experience in Software Technology Industry, SaaS sales or Marketing, SaaS Software Solutions.
