• Responsibilities:

Identifying Marketing Opportunities: Pinpoint consumer needs, define the market, analyze competitors, forecast business trends, and set targeted market share

• Generate New Business: Expand market penetration and increase market share

Maintain Key Accounts: Build and sustain relationships with key accounts through regular visits and anticipate new opportunities

Lead & Motivate Team: Drive sales targets and KPIs by managing and inspiring the sales teamMonitor Sales Reports: Oversee monthly promoters sales reports

• Ensure Smooth Operations: Visit outlets regularly to ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of presentation and customer service

Protect Confidential Information: Safeguard organizational value by keeping information confidential

Collaborate Effectively: Build trust, communicate well, and work with all support departmentsManage the Central Region: Oversee and meet sales goals for the region

• Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as assigned by Management

• Requirements:

Educational Background: Diploma or Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/Marketing or equivalent

• Experience: At least 5 years in a related field

Language Skills: Proficiency in CN to deal with customers, BM, and English

Technical Skills: Computer literate with MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) and email Work Style: Ability to work both collaboratively and independently

• Knowledge: Strong understanding of marketing concepts, sales planning, market trends, competitors, and product knowledge

Flexibility: Willingness to travel
