JOB PURPOSE
Sales manager role is to ensure team sales target are met, generates revenue for the organisation, while also establishing strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, target physician groups and key institutions. He/She leads a team of people to achieve common goals and objectives by motivating, coaching and driving sales. He/She also develops, identifies and assigns projects, activities or initiatives to the respective team member in order to enhance their capabilities and growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales target, while establishing strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, target physician groups and key institutions
- Ensure the development and effective implementation of customer specific territory business plans and resource allocation to maximize business results
- Anticipate, monitor and analyze changes in marketplace to effectively manage both tactical and strategic initiatives
- Work cross-functionally and model collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Hire, train, coach and develop talents by assigning leadership project & activities
- Motivate team member involve team in target setting, forecast and empower them
- Champion for Sales ACE and GROW model
- Conduct performance evaluations for each team member and develop coaching plans as appropriate
- Demonstrate strong leadership and foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Promote and ensure team member adhere to Zuellig Pharma's core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field.
- 7 years of sales and people management experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare industry.
