Job Description

Your Role

Develop profitable business of Vacuum products for diversified market segment.

  • To take primary responsibility for sales of dry vacuum pumps, liquid ring vacuum pumps, ejectors & de-aerators to chemical, power & process customers in assigned territories of Southeast Asia.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to build and reinforce target market share and profitability.
  • Aggressively exploit the responsible territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
  • Attend technical clarification meetings with customers
  • Prioritise customers/sectors for sales focus as agreed with the management team
  • Preparation and achievement of budgets
  • Find, select, develop and manage distributor, if applicable.
  • To carry out internal co-ordination & follow up of all active projects with the Edwards projects & production teams.

Requirememt

  • Education Level:
  • Degree or diploma in an engineering or relevant discipline or equivalent working experience
  • Relevant Previous Experience:
  • Background in the industry equipment sales preferred.
  • Sound commercial awareness
  • Possession of business acumen, influencing, presentation and negotiation skills
  • High commercial and technical to command respect with external and internal stakeholders.
  • Strategic and conceptual capability to develop a regional business
  • Very strong customer orientated attitude
  • Language Skills:
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
  • Proficeincy in a second language is preferred, both oral and written
