Responsibilities
- Achieve sales target set forth by the management
- Develop a strategic business plan to expand customer base by implementing sales initiatives and programs to capture new leads
- Establish a strong sales team; internal and field personnel to work towards company's objectives and policies
- Share market trends and knowledge to sales team and other departments when necessary
- Contribute to team effort in accomplishing company's overall objectives
- Meet existing and new customers to discuss their evolving needs, how they relate to your products and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Identify supply & demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competition especially sales program and new products in the market
- Present sales volume, revenue and profit including forecasts to the management for existing and new products

- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience working as a sales representative or sales manager of at least 3 years, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Travel is required, thus flexibility is a must.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Good business sense in same or similar industry expertise
