Job Description

To achieve monthly and yearly target set for retails sales
  • To manage, motivate and to lead the sales team to achieve higher results
Review current performance , set new direction and action plan
  • Responsible to develop and improve work procedure.
To Monitor stock holding lead time and ensure vehicles are registered and invoiced within the target lead time
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure continuous engagement in delivering excellent customer service
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expand company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
  • To achieve Sales Satisfaction Index (SSI) targets set by company.
* Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.

Pay: RM8,
  • 00 - RM10,000.00 per month
