• Role Description:

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

• You will identify and qualify business opportunities.

You will secure new business with potential and existing customers.

• You will build the sales pipeline and drive the company's revenue targets.

You will accompany customers and train them to become their growth lever.

• Report to VP Sales Asia in Thailand.

• Qualifications:

Malaysian Nationality

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager with Tour Operator, Online agency (B2B / B2C) with good contacts in South East Asia and ASEAN

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fluency in English and Malay languages

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Experience in the travel industry is require

• Good team worker

Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines

• Strong organizational and planning skills.

Competitive Salary

• Performance based commissions + bonus (upto 3 months)

Continuous training of products and new modules

• Basic salary between MYR 7,000 - MYR 7,700
