Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to achieve short-term and long-term sales targets.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, ensuring they possess the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
  • Sales Operations Management:

- Oversee daily sales operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring consistency in service quality and customer experience.

- Coordinate with clinic managers to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions.

- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Financial Management:

- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring alignment with the company's financial goals.

- Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns, events, and initiatives to attract new clients.

- Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility and drive online sales.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with industry trends, advancements in aesthetic treatments, and sales techniques to continually improve the clinic's offerings.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the sales team, encouraging creative solutions and new ideas.
  • Scope of Influence:

- Geographic Reach: Manage sales operations across multiple clinic locations, ensuring regional consistency and adaptability to local market conditions.

- Team Size: Lead a team of sales representatives, including junior and senior staff, fostering professional growth and career development.

- Financial Impact: Directly influence the clinic's revenue generation, profitability, and financial performance through effective sales management and strategic planning.

- Customer Base: Engage with a diverse customer base, from individual clients seeking aesthetic treatments to corporate clients and partners.

  • Experience: 3 5 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the aesthetics or healthcare or beauty industry.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM10,
  • 00 - RM15,000.00 per month
