Position: Sales Leasing Executive
Salary up to RM4500
Location: Eco Business Park I, Johor Bahru
Job Descriptions:
Sales Executive to promote leasing of dormitories unit/space by implementing sales plans.
Specific Responsibilities
Assist Sales Manager in achieving occupancy levels of dormitory
Attend to enquiries from prospective customers
Follow up on all outgoing quotations and confirm prospective customers who are keen to take up bed spaces
Follow up on Letter Offer and Tenancy Agreement
Follow up with customers to obtain payments as spell out in the Letter of Offer
Liaise with customers for the signing of Tenancy Agreement and payment of the stamp duties
Any other tasks as assigned by the superiors
Authority
Representing of company to liaise with potential customer
Prepare quote to potential customer
Prepare Letter of Offer and Tenancy Agreement
Requirements:
Academic Qualification : Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Management/Sales or equivalent
Skills : Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Able to write and converse in Malay and English
Good negotiation skill
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and lead a team
Possesses own transport
Experience : 1-2 years of sales experience
