This role is aimed at promoting the laboratory services of the Company and executing commercial initiatives with the objective of achieving the Companys financial targets (revenue generation and collection). Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders to develop long-lasting relationships.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements, and continuously expand the relationships with existing customers.
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams, with the goal of providing the best service and resolving any issues and problems faced by customers.- Work closely with internal parties to ensure smooth delivery of services in a timely manner.
Conduct sales forecasts and prepare reports to support the Companys commercial performance.
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Minimum Diploma in any field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, key account management. A proven track record as a Key Account Executive/Manager is highly advantageous. Any prior working experience in healthcare/dealing with doctors is a plus.
Must be able to travel frequently within the state youre based in (Kota Kinabalu, Sabah) i.e. possess your own vehicle and a valid license.- Excellent written and verbal English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with doctors, hospital personnel, laboratory professionals.
- Driven by sales targets and passionate to deliver solutions based on customer needs.
