Job Description

Job Responsibility

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Junior Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving fundraising efforts and selling our social projects to clients. This role requires a passion for social impact, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising Initiatives

  • Identify and research potential donors, sponsors, and funding opportunities.
  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet financial targets.
  • Prepare and present proposals to secure funding from individuals, corporations, and grant-making organizations.

Sales Of Social Projects

  • Promote and sell our social projects to clients, including businesses, NGOs, and government agencies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct presentations and pitches to showcase the value and impact of our projects.

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sales and fundraising matters.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
  • Gather client feedback to improve our projects and services.

Market Research And Analysis

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze sales and fundraising data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and fundraising progress.

Collaborative Engagement

  • Work closely with the project development team to understand project details and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Participate in networking events, conferences, and workshops to expand the company's reach.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a sales team member.
  • A valid driving license is desirable.
  • Able to travel within Malaysia for site visit and client visit.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Google suite.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum education: Diploma and above.
  • Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Skills required: Communication skills, Customer relationship management (CRM), Negotiation skills & Market research.
