As a Sales Intern, you will work closely with our Customer Onboarding team, learn about cutting-edge financial products, and contribute to the growth of our client base.
What You'll Be Up To
- Identifying and contacting prospective customers/partner companies.
- Assist and ensure the Customer Success current/future list is maintained as an organized database.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Success team.
- Draft and update Customer Success-related email marketing material.
- Work closely with the Customer Success to coordinate and execute sales campaigns.
- Assist in replying to prospects or customers on our chatbot.
- Attend industry events (if any).

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Business Administration / Management / International Business or any relevant major(s).
- Meticulous attention to detail and is always conscientious with everything that you do.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work in different cultural environments.
- Strong project management and communications skills.
- Able to write with clarity and comprehensively
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
