We are seeking a motivated and team player Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the HR and payroll industry. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and presenting solutions that align with our offerings. Your role will involve demonstrating our products and services, conducting pre-implementation consultations, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-implementation. You will play a crucial role in negotiating and closing sales agreements to drive business growth.
Identify and approach potential customers using a solutions-based selling approach.
- Present company profiles and demonstrate HR and payroll solutions to prospective clients.
Conduct pre-implementation consulting, including scoping, cost analysis, and project planning.- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements within company guidelines.
Follow up on customer requirements and provide post-implementation support.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop new pipelines and achieve sales targets.
Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of related industry experience, preferably in B2B, software or technology sales.
Fluency in English and Malay (both oral and written); proficiency in Mandarin and other dialects is advantageous.- Proactive, dynamic, and target-driven individual with a strong interest in sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
