Job Description

Key Tasks

Assist the sales team and director with end customer daily sales acOvity.

Primarily supports the sales team by handling administraOve tasks, managing customer orders,

and providing customer service.

Aend to sales review, follow up Supply & Service Contract and sales development opportuniOes

/ monitoring of acOons.

DemonstraOng the product and value proposiOon.

First line pre/post-sales support for new sales opportuniOes and assist in new sales lead.

ProducOon of quotes and proposals.

Assist with the producOon of markeOng materials and literature, such as web content,

brochures, blog posts and press releases if any.

Write and proofread markeOng copy.

Upload material to the website, social media pages, online sales portal(s).

AssisOng other areas of the business such as pre-sales or aend to walk-in customers.

Prepare Schedule for daily service job.

Prepare Service Delivery Order (SDO), Demo InstallaOon Form, Sales Order (Proforma Invoice).

Ensure customer availability for services and manage site visit appointment.

Prepare, call, follow up and monitor on aging accounts receivables for payment or clearance,

sales support tools, customers promoOon compliance and on product availability.

UpdaOng the Company CRM with all acOviOes.

Key skills

Strong verbal and wrien interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.

Ability to learn and understand about soOware, specifically in the business intelligence, print and

process management markets.

Able to build relaOonships with a wide variety of people.

CommunicaOon, organizaOonal, and Ome management skills.

AdministraOve experience.

Personable manner, team-player and adaptability are all important.

Excellent wrien and oral skills: you will be called upon to write online content, so you will need

strong copywriOng skills. You will also have to regularly deal with clients and suppliers, face to

face or on the phone.

AenOon to detail required for proof-reading posts, news releases, website content and

emails

IT skills: You will need proficiency in MS Office packages include power point and, ideally, in

graphic tools such as Adobe, Publisher and video ediOng soOware.

OrganizaOonal skills: you will be working on mulOple projects, and need to meet deadlines and

maintain a high level of accuracy.

Willingness to learn new sales techniques and creaOve markeOng skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
