Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Sales Strategy Development:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.

  • Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

- Understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions.

  • Lead Generation:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels (networking, referrals).

  • Product Knowledge:

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services.

- Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.

  • Sales Presentations and Proposals:

- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.

  • Market Research:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

  • Sales Reporting:

- Track and report on sales performance metrics and KPIs to management.

- Use CRM software to manage client interactions and sales processes.

  • Negotiation and Closing:

- Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals effectively.

  • Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies.

  • Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance sales techniques.

Job Requirements

  • Education: A diploma/bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, business, marketing, or communication
  • Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office
  • Driving license: D
