Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

As a Sustainability Sales, you will be supporting the Executive Director in overseeing sustainability projects. You are expected to possess the listed attributes and competently execute the following tasks:

Project Oversight:
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Director to understand and contribute to project plans.
Responsible for expanding renewable energy service portfolio within our existing customer base and develop new business opportunity as well strengthen new and current business relationships.
  • Assist in developing timelines and milestones, ensuring structured project implementation.
Monitor project progress, providing detailed updates and addressing any deviations.

Stakeholder Communication:
  • Establish effective communication channels with project stakeholders/Clients, demonstrating independence and initiative.
Provide regular updates on project status, achievements, and challenges with a clear and detailed approach.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns from customers and other stakeholders/Clients.
Perform other coordinating / administrative tasks as assigned by the company.
  • Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a related role is encouraged to apply, preferably in sustainability or environmental projects.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex data clearly and accurately.
  • Excellent in using the Microsoft office, i.e. Excel, Word, PPT.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, emphasizing a structured and systematic approach.
  • Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards and frameworks (e.g., GRI) is an added advantage.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey sustainability concepts to diverse audiences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,
  • 00 - RM4,000.00 per month
