Responsibilities: _
- Handling new development projects or sub-sale market.
Ensure weekly appointments target and monthly sales target achieve.- To closely follow up with all the leads that generated by companys marketing activities.
Make calling effort to find potential clients
- To meet and present properties info to potential client for a successful deal either in person or via online briefing.
To provide a good customer service and consistent follow up with clients.- Participating in sales events (Roadshow, exhibition, webinar).
Assist buyer in loan application and liaise with bankers.
- Work together with marketing team to create video for advertisement.
Any other assignment related to sales assigned from time to time.
_Requirements
_:- SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field or equivalent.
At least 1 year working experience in Sales or PROPERTY industry.
- Must be aggresive and strong in closing deal.
Service-oriented and have a strong sense of responsibility. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers.
- Willing to work on weekend / public holidays if required.
