Develop sales/marketing strategies and plans to grow business in responsible territory.
Proactively develop new business and markets via new products, new customers, and new channels, and new segments.
Develop and implement plan and process for effective key accounts management and channel management.
Manage and actively pursue specification and project selling. Maintain an active and accurate project tracking list to ensure sufficient projects in pipeline.
Evaluate monthly performance and guarantee high efficiency and effectiveness of sales operation.
Develop, manage, and maintain a close customer relationship.
Manage and implement company pricing policy
Identify trend, market intelligence, and translate this into sales strategies and sales tactics Work with marketing and technical teams to optimize sales plan and reduce the responding time from product concept to launch on market place.
AR collection and management
Monthly sales reports and analysis to management Provide regular feedback about the general market conditions, trends, and competitor moves in the assigned territory
Implement CRM and other digital and BI tools to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction
