Attend to phone enquiries and walk in customer and closing sales. (By project)- Liaise with the purchasers, end-financiers and solicitors on the SPA signing, loan application and other legal documentation matters.
Coordinate and participate on road shows and event launches.
- Prepare report such as monthly sales report, activities report, and relevant reports required by management.
Conduct market study & competitors analysis.- Assist all matter, relate to the marketing collateral, social media and any advertising relate matter.
Ensure the sales gallery and show unit(s) are in good and presentable condition.
- Assist in project handing over (VP)
