- Conduct regular visits to existing/ new customers to maintain close rapport and develop the account for new business by cross selling and upselling.
- Build strong relationships with customers to gain customer loyalty and retention.

- Work together with other Pos Malaysia team & Customers to achieve great results.
Drive Innovation
- Propose best solutions to customers based on their business requirements and operational capability.
- Develop and maintain sales pipeline to ensure steady revenue generation from existing and new major customers.
- Produce monthly reports/data/analysis and attend to any ad hoc duties as required.

- Able to learn, simplify, adapt and act quick.
Delight Customers
- You will be responsible for delighting our existing customers and winning many more.
Required Credentials
- Someone who can smile, persistent, driven and passionate.
- Someone who is SUPER hungry to win.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Management or equivalent.
