To execute strategic initiatives to achieve assigned sales target through PAMB & PruBSN agency force, Corporate Agents and Direct Channel.
To implement own region initiatives or activities and apply learnings from feedback and comment for continuous improvement.
Ensure highest level of assistance/support is rendered to the S&M and APM team, Corporate Agents, Agency Leaders or Agents including but not limited to the preparation of the required Action Plan to achieve their sales targets, provide training and marketing supports.
Responsible to drive and meet the group production sales target for agency and other distribution channels New Business and Renewal Business.
Ensure business decisions are aligned and appropriately executed.
Provide timely feedback to Management on changes in industry preference, regulations, competitors to ensure that proactive activities will be carried out to meet the changing requirements.
