MediLabz, a medical and clinical testing laboratory is looking for
Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conducting market research and analysis, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing sales support and training, and coordinating collaborative efforts. Additionally, this role will involve assisting in the organization of promotional events.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic) products to gather information on products in the market.
Collect and analyse consumer behaviour data, including web traffic and search engine rankings.- Prepare reports on marketing and sales performance metrics.
Monitor and report on competitors marketing activities.
- Develop new sales channels through market and competition analysis.
Sourcing for new technologies and products which can contribute to the company's revenue growth.- Implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets within assigned territories in Malaysia.
Manage multiple brands within assigned territories to maximize growth and minimize channel conflicts.
- Coordinate with the marketing design and content teams to generate digital and print advertising material, such as brochures and newsletters.
Maintain organized records of marketing metrics and track the results of past campaigns.- Support local marketing initiatives, including the production of POS materials, events, dealer conferences, and trade shows, while ensuring communication with Headquarter for timely delivery.
Ensure that customers are well-informed and product-competent through regular training sessions.
Arrange principal technical training with Application Specialist team.
- Coordinate company events such as new product launches, university conferences, and roadshows.
Contribute to collaborative efforts and assist in organizing promotional events.- Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time assigned by the Management.
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelors degree in business, marketing, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering, life sciences.- Minimum of 1 years experience in sales, preferably in medical industry.
Strong negotiation, closing skills, and marketing skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.
Fast learner and quick thinker- Passionate in doing sales.
Required language(s): English and other language will be added advantage.
- Able to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Possess own transport.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM5,500.00 per month
