Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive for Pecca's Associate Company, Tint Auto (M) Sdn Bhd located in Kepong, WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, preparing sales reports, and attending industry events and conferences. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the existing market and explore new business opportunities.
- To ensure seamless communication between internal (department) & external (customers).
- To conduct corporate and products presentation.
- Continuously conduct market research and competitor analysis to plan business strategies.
- To ensure sales activities monthly or weekly task are submitted by due date.
- To prepare annual sales projection & project pipelines.
- Analyze market trend and come out with business plan proposal.
- To prepare quotation & business proposal.
- To carry out any other duties as and when directed.
- Shall comply with ISO/IATF 19649 requirements as well as legal and statutory requirement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or any related field.
- Knowledgeable in tinting product/business at least 2 to 3 years.
- Excellent sales, customer relationships and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English and Malay. ( skilled in other language will be added advantages)
- Good in presentation skills.
- Jovial, presentable and good interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Words, Power Points)
- Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Building skills
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
- Knowledge of Automotive Industry trends and products
- Experience in B2B sales and account management
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
