Job Description

Job Responsibility

Responsible for promoting and selling the companys logistics services to pursue new sales opportunities and increase business revenue
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with current and prospective customers, assessing client-specific needs, and creating solutions
Planning own sales activity and daily sales call
Weekly visits to clients to collect sales orders for import & export shipments
Monitoring sales performance against KPI
Providing quotes for current and prospective clients using analytical and logistic planning
Following up closely with current and prospective clients on offered solutions
Taking ownership of customer issues and following through until resolution
Performing any other related tasks assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma, or Degree major in Logistics, Marketing, or International Business an advantage;
Fresh graduate or at least 1 year of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage
Possess own transport, and is willing to travel outstation
Strong business acumen and communication skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Able to take pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of the shipping industry will be an advantage
