Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate products or services.
  • Sales and Lead Generation: Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Product Knowledge: Thoroughly understand our products or services, their features, and their benefits, and effectively communicate this information to customers.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Employ strong negotiation skills to close sales and contracts. Address customer objections and find mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our RM software.
  • Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Young, vibrant and outgoing candidates
  • Minimum SPM with proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • No working experience needed as training will be provided
  • Able to work on retail hours and public holidays
