Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients by understanding their business objectives, challenges, and priorities.
Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and effective communication.- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to coordinate efforts and deliver value-added solutions to clients.
Account Planning and Strategy:- Develop strategic account plans aligned with the company's objectives and the client's needs.
Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and address potential challenges.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to inform account strategies and initiatives.
Revenue Growth and Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and expansion possibilities within existing key accounts.
Customer Satisfaction and Retention:- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing concerns promptly, and exceeding expectations.
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and execute retention strategies to strengthen loyalty and minimize customer churn.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance metrics, such as revenue growth, account profitability, and customer satisfaction scores.
Prepare regular reports and presentations summarizing account activity, performance trends, and upcoming opportunities for senior management.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
Proven experience in key account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the same industry or sector.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective account plans and initiatives.
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office .
Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Pay: RM3,- 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
