Promote and sell our portfolio of products to outlets/customers
Evaluate and anticipate needs of the outlets/customers, recommend win-win solutions and build productive long lasting relationships
Forecast sales & trends and develop more effective sales plans to deliver on Sales strategies
Actively look for opportunities and follow up on sales leads
Work closely with Designer/Marketing to execute top-notch promotions and activations
Constantly maintain highest standards of execution and ensure brand presence & product availability
Gather insights and feedback on market trends to improve Sales performance
Job Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in any field
At least 1 year field sales experience preferably in Alcohol Industry (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best
Has a good understanding of different sales techniques
Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills
Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter
Comfortable with numbers and is IT literate (Microsoft Excel, etc)
Must possess a valid full driving license and own vehicle
Candidate must willing to travel and outstation to other country as and when necessary.
Must have good work ethic, ability to coordinate several tasks concurrently, strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a very fast-paced and deadline driven environment.
Fluent in English, Mandarin (Chinese) and Bahasa Malaysia.
