RESPONSIBILITIES:- Establish and maintain a strong business relationship with customers.
Handle customers inquiries and prepare quotations promptly.- Address issues on pricing, delivery of finished products, and resolution of customer complaints.
Attend and follow up on customers calls and emails.
- Service existing customers and provide technical support whenever required.
To analyze the customers provided sales forecast, then make proper recommendations and next action plans.- Ensure the sales prices are accurately entered into the system as per the latest sales quotation.
Communicate and work together with the sales business control team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Ensure the team clears and maintains a healthy inventory stock level for both raw materials and finished products.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets monthly sales targets.- Prepare sales and tracking-related reports accurately and timely.
Responsible for resolving collections issues and ensuring on-time payment by customers.
- Collaborate closely with production to update demand requirements schedule and ensure on-time goods shipments to customers.
Any other tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
Possess at least a Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Development, or equivalent.- Relevant working experience in sales or marketing especially with relevant working experience in manufacturing industries will be an added advantage.
