Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.Sales Operations:
Monitor and manage sales activities and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with marketing, finance, and production departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
- Gather and analyze data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's EV products and services.
Educate the sales team and customers on the benefits and features of EV products.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or EV industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
