Job Description

  • Team Leadership and Management:
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
Provide training and support to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback,
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Set sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Operations: Monitor and manage sales activities and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with marketing, finance, and production departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Gather and analyze data to inform sales strategies and decision-making processes.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's EV products and services.
Educate the sales team and customers on the benefits and features of EV products.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other promotional events.
Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive or EV industry, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Secure commision RM500
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales management tools.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
