Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting.- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Attend industry events and trade shows to network and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and delivery information.
Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to clients, negotiating terms and closing deals.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new product offerings.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting key successes, challenges, and opportunities.
To promote specifications and presentations of products, and maintain a good rapport to the Developers, Architects, Consultants and Contractors. (Residential, Commercial and Government Sectors)- Perform all sales duties: Prospecting, Sales Presentation, Sales Closing, follow through customer service, after sales service and build customers database.
To ensure timely collection of payment.
- Travelling outstation and oversea for business discussion as necessary.
