Position : Sales Executive
Salary Range : RM 3,500 RM 5,000 + commission + other benefits
Working Location : 8trium, Kuala Lumpur
Working Day : 10am 6pm (Monday Friday)
Prospect and generate leads through social media, research, email, networking and other effective ways.
- Develop and execute sales strategy and streams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.- Conduct requirement gathering, research and presentation to clients with effective follow ups.
Respond to RFP/Tender and draft detailed business proposals.
- Prepare quotation, contracts and agreements and negotiate with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.- Collaborate with other teams, such as project management team, creative team and developers to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events.
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of sales success and lead generation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving, critical thinking and relationship building skills.- Strong presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Has own transport and willing to travel.
