Maintaining and updating the customer database: Build and maintain the customer database, ensuring IT is always up-to-date.
Establishing good relationships with customers: Develop strong relationships with customers and implement an effective customer relationship management system.
Enhancing the company's brand image: Assist the company in enhancing its brand name/image by providing professional risk management services to customers.

Minimum required of SPM, Diploma, & Degree holders are eligible to apply.
Have education background of Banking / Financial Management.
Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is required for this position.
