Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research, calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular sales meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma required.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients (if applicable).
