Job Responsibility

Proactively approach and engage potential customers, demonstrating product features and explaining their benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
Persuading customers to make purchases through effective communication and persuasive techniques is a core aspect of the role.
Achieving or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets is essential, along with processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all products being promoted, including their features, benefits, and pricing, is vital.
Effectively demonstrating products and answering customer inquiries are key responsibilities.
Responsible for setting up and maintaining attractive product displays to draw customer attention.
Ensuring that promotional materials and signage are properly displayed is important for maximizing visibility and appeal.
Providing insights on customer preferences and buying behavior helps in identifying potential sales opportunities and new target markets.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Additional coursework in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Experience with direct customer interaction and product demonstration is an advantage.
