Job Description

1) Upsell Customer Before Postage

- Follow up with customer who have already purchased items and convince customers to buy add on items by giving the promotions that have been set by the sales department.
  • 2) Follow up & blast message to Database (Available Database & Social Media)

- Plan for follo-up communications to nurture leads or maintain engangememnt with Database who respond positively to initial message.
  • 3) Handle chat / DM in social media.

-To respond to customer questions, research account activity and notes, troubleshoot any issues, provide supporting help documentation, and any inquiries.
  • 4) Prepare Sales Report

- Develop and maintain sales performance reports, dashboards, and forecasts to provide actionable insights to the sales team and management.
  • 5) Plan Sales Targets

- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures it has a strong presence.

6) Perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,
  • 00 per month
