Acting as a point of contact between customers and companies
- Meeting with clients virtually or during sales visits
Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
- Demonstrating and presenting products
Establishing new business- Maintaining accurate records
Reviewing sales performance
- Working towards monthly or annual targets
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors- Prepares reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisation standards
- Requirements / Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Good business contact and industry knowledge, experience in Freight Forwarding- Able to start work on short notice
Computer Literate, Self-Motivate, Aggressive, Independent, Creativity, Prospecting Skills, Presentation Skills, Emphasising Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Client Relationships, Meeting Sales Goals, and Sales Planning
