Experience:- 2-3 years of LTL/ TL experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Superior phone etiquette.
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.

Primary:
o Inclusive target for new customer sales and experience in logistics industry.
o Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
o Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
o Utilize inside sales knowledge.
o Quote formal and spot bids.
o Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all
customers including follow up on concerns or other issues.
o Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding
changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
o Communicate customer problems to management.
o Exceed all standards for prospective calls, presentations, proposals, and
closes.
o Provide documented activity reports of your sales efforts on a daily, weekly,
and monthly basis.
o Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit
and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
Secondary:
o Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.
o Support carrier reps with the coordination of transportation freight in a cost[1]effective manner.
o Document issues with orders thoroughly.
o Track/trace shipments when requested.
