Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, contract details, and sales reports.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.- Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and other related documentation to clients.
Receive and process sale orders
- Maintaining sales records, compiling daily and monthly sales reports.
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
Develop and compiling monthly and daily sales reports.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Ensure sales targets are met and report any deviations.- Stay up-to-date with new products and features.
Describe a product features and benefits
- Handle order processing process from follow up a quotation from customers and update the order status.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.- Manage social media accounts and online marketing campaigns, ensuring content is relevant and engaging
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Previous experience in sales and marketing,
Strong communication skills in both Malay and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
