Job Description

The Sales Executive position in our organisation is responsible for pursuing direct and indirect sales opportunities for our software and IT services. This is a key position tasked to achieve revenue and sales objectives. We have financial software (related to e-invoicing, loan, insurance, payments ) targeted at businesses and financial services providers.

Sales Executive role is expected to hit sales targets and breech market penetration and awareness through a traditional and innovative market approach.
  • Roles & Responsibility
  • Direct Sales Activities:
Identify target segment and pursue opportunities directly.
  • Close targets and achieve sales targets.
Create persuasive value propositions for the companys services.
  • Identify market and lead generation strategies as well as participate in campaigns to create awareness and branding.
Systematically plan and strategise individual sales target and go-to market activities
  • Weekly sales cadence and team meetings
  • Sales Support & Management:
Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
  • Create recurring and continued patronage and subscription of products and services
Develop account-specific strategies to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback on pricing and competitor analysis.
Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings based on client feedback.
  • To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:
Bachelors degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven consultative sales and market development experience (financial services & software preferred) for Sales Executive role.
Ability to work with different levels of management and establish liaison confidently with client decision makers.
  • Proven sales experience with software products such as accounting, HR, ERP, payments etc.
Experience in preparing proposals and quotations
  • Knowledge of the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closure.
Good verbal and written communication skills; English and Bahasa Malaysia (Additional advantage if able to communicate in Mandarin).
  • An additional background in financial software sales and services is an advantage.
  • You will play an important role, and as such are required to be:
Adept in learning and adopting financial products and to market needs
  • Comfortable selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives.
Persistent and highly driven in nature to achieve targets
  • Able to deal with challenging situations and with unexpected change.
Independent, focused and work with team members.
  • Embracing best practices and feedback as a means of continuous improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
