Job Responsibility
- Achieve individual and store sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the stores products and services.
- Receive stock, check, and distribute items to be displayed on the shelving.
- Return unwanted items to their correct shelf positions and arrange products on shelves.
- Assist customers and help them to find the right products.
- Assist customers to check out their orders when required.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Other adhoc support within store operation.
- Report to sales manager.

- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma in any field;
- Experience in retail is an added advantage; ideally in hardware, DIY or home improvement sector;
- Good in time management;
- Sales-oriented and good communication skill;
- Good working attitude, responsibility and punctuality;
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
- Familiarity with retail POS register systems (training will be provided);
- Able to work independantly as well as a good team player;
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include public holidays and weekends.
