Job Description:As a Used Phone Wholesaler Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and establishing relationships with clients in the wholesale market for pre-owned mobile devices. Your primary objective will be to identify potential buyers, negotiate deals, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the sales team, management, and other departments to meet revenue targets and expand the company's market presence.
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential wholesale clients through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads for continuous business growth.
Present product offerings and negotiate pricing and terms with prospective buyers.- Close sales deals and achieve sales targets within designated territories or market segments.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize approaches for maximizing revenue and market share.
Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Market Analysis and Insights:- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's product inventory, features, and specifications.
- Educate clients about product offerings and advise them on the best solutions to meet their needs.
Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.
Coordinate with internal departments such as logistics and finance to facilitate order processing and fulfillment.
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or electronics industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as needed.
