Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our company by promoting and selling our service to clients seeking health and wellness solutions as well as nurturing and expanding relationships with existing clients. You will be responsible for understanding our services, communicating their value proposition effectively, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, fostering trust and loyalty. Understand clients needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services. Communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of our offerings to clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve or exceed sales targets. Create and manage a sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and achieve collective goals. Close sales deals by ensuring all necessary processes are completed accurately and efficiently.Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client assessments, progress notes and records of sales activities. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Support: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer support, to provide seamless client experiences. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Skills & Qualifications Needed:
Bachelor's degree in Nutrition/Dietetics/Sports Science or equivalent work experience
  • Proven track record in sales, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Strong knowledge of nutrition science, dietary guidelines, and health-related conditions
  • Understand client needs, requirements and goals to be able to draw-up a suitable plan for the client
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Strong phone presence
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Empathy and the ability to motivate and inspire clients
