Job Description:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Responsibilities:
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through warm leads calling, network and social media
- Conduct sales via face-to-face and telephone, meeting with potential clients and listen to their requirements
- Monitor changes in product sales (i.e., daily sales performance) to ensure the achievement of monthly sales targets
- Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing, inventory etc. are up-to-date
- Update current sales situation.
- Work collaboratively with team members and reach the sales targets set by the management
- Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
- Manage, develop, coach and motivate the sales force to develop their skills to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPI target are met
- Any other associated tasks and responsibilities assigned from time to time
- Experience sales in medical product
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum 1-3 years working experience
- Experience in customer relationship management and dedicated in providing great customer service.
- Excellent command of professional written & oral English, writing & presentation samples are welcome, bilingual would be preferred
- Able to start immediate or within short notice would be preferred
- Willing to travel outstation and have own transport.
- Commit to work at flexible hours.
