Job Description :
- To develop new customers from Foodservice channel, ultimately conversion to our brand, and continue to grow businesses in the future.
To grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions/ideas providing support, information, and guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities, recommending profit and service improvement to customers.- To assist and support for new product development (NPD) in order to meet customer needs and expectations.
Address issues bordering on pricing, delivery of goods/services, and resolution of customer complaints.
- Perform administrative tasks of transaction recording, filing and inventory.
To maintain close rapport with relevant personnel with internal stakeholders & external stakeholders to resolve challenges, issues and queries, if arise.- Performs other administrative works duties as assigned or required.
Able to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective interpersonal skills to interface with the necessary internal and external stakeholders
Experience in managing distributors is preferred.- Proficient to speak and writing in english and Mandarin.
