Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify Business/Sales Opportunities:

Research, identify and qualifies new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, challenges, customers/clients, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Build Relationships:

Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet those needs. Works in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and travels to clients premises for meetings as and when required.
  • Develop Sales Strategies:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth. Able to confidently explain how the product can add value to the customer and is proactive in identifying and addressing client needs.
  • Generate Leads:

Proactively seek new business leads and follow up on existing leads to convert them into sales. Responds to technical and procedural questions and keeps clients informed of new products/service offerings.
  • Conduct Market Research:

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Familiar with client relationship management and sales tools.
  • Negotiate Contracts:

Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company, ensuring consistent business growth.
  • Prepare Proposals and Presentations:

Create and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Teams:

Work closely with product, engineering, and other internal teams to ensure a unified approach to business development and client satisfaction.
  • Report and Analyze Sales Performance:

Regularly report on sales performance, including analysis of sales data and identification of areas for improvement.
  • Maintain Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated with industry trends, developments, and best practices to remain competitive and provide relevant solutions to clients.
  • Client Retention:

Retain and grow existing client accounts, ensuring long-term business relationships.
  • Team Player

Team player who is able to take rejection as a personal challenge to succeed when given the next opportunity.

  • Job Requirements
Possess a diploma or bachelor's degree in related field
  • Preferably at least 3 years of experience
Experience in Software technology industry, SaaS Sales and/or marketing.
  • Familiarity with SaaS software solutions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,
  • 00 - RM6,000.00 per month
