JOB DESCRIPTION:- To monitor all assigned retail counters and ensure sales performance target is achieved
Responsible for all sales activities in the assigned areas including coordinating and drive efforts in promotional items and sales event- To recruit, train and supervise promoters for own counters
Responsible for monitoring trade debtors to ensure prompt collection
- To ensure good standard merchandising display and compliance to company operating procedures
Actively support stock take, fairs and new counter(s) opening and movements as required- Submission of monthly sales commission reports
Explore new market & new business account
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management / Marketing or equivalent.
At least
3 year(s) and above of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Retail / Consignment knowledge is a must.
To build good rapport with customers and to liaise with them on counter image, display fixtures, inventory and promotional activities.- Good command of spoken and written in

, Bahasa Malaysia & English. Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word), and emailing.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle, and able to travel as required.
Independent takes initiative and is self-motivated.- Willing to participate in company activities/ events.
Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
