Identifies and develops clientele offering the greatest revenue potential.
Maintain relationship, promotes and sells company services to client.
Contact customers and makes a presentation demonstrating the outstanding features of services offered by company.
Makes calls on established clientele to ensure continued customer satisfaction and demonstrates company commitment to service quality.
Maintain records of customer activity and files to ensure proper call frequency and follow-up. Submit monthly sales report to immediate superior.
Responds to sales lead and quotation in a timely manner and follow up. Confers with customers and internal departments to resolve problems. To perform any other duties as and when required.
Job Requirements
Year Experience: 2-5 years (with Freight Forwarder or Customer Service background will be added advantage)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Business Management, Logistic or any equivalent.
Candidates with no Logistics background but with experience in general sales are welcome to apply. Full training will be provided.
