Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Primary contact for customers and provide advice for equipment selection.
  • Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
  • Perform site visit and delivering tax invoices to customers as and when required.
  • Follow up on customer enquiry, sales confirmation and require documentation, customer complaints, and payment collection through to completion.
  • Analyze risk assessment and deliver targeted results within the project deadlines.

Job Requirements

  • Possess selling and negotiation skills (No experience in our industry is fine. Training will be provided.)
  • Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin.
  • Eagerness to learn attitude.
  • Possess valid Malaysia Driving License (Class D).
  • Proficient in the use of computers.
